All my life, I’ve been a dreamer. Raised in an athletic family in the Phoenix suburbs, I spent my childhood playing sports and exploring the mountains behind my desert home. Be it exercise or exploration, movement has been a constant in my life. My passion for hands-on work, direct action and advocacy took me from coast to coast working for animal shelters to better the lives of our fellow living beings.

I developed and maintained my strength training practice while working for the country’s foremost protection organization for farmed animals. As an animal caregiver, I learned how to balance physical fortitude with emotional vulnerability.

I take a holistic approach to training, always leading with the heart. I’m here to accompany you as we build a movement practice that works for you, with empathy, patience, and understanding.

When I’m not in the gym, you can catch me on a roadtrip, perfecting my one-pot vegan meals, or watching sci-fi with my dog and 5(!) cats.
